Our Company - First Order GmbH - collects the following data: Personal identification information (Avatar, Name, Email, Phone, Organization), Files you upload (Original file, Thumbnail, Icon, EXIF Metadata, Geolocation), File Tags, Comments and Annotations.

We collect and process data when you: Register your account, Update your user profile, Upload files and edit their info, Provide feedback to us via Email.

How will we use your data?

We collect your data so that you can: Manage your account, Upload and view/edit/geo-locate/share your files. We DON'T share your data or files with others.

Where and how do we store your data?

Our Company securely stores your data in the European Union, your data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS and at rest. Every file you upload is placed in an anonymized folder that cannot be directly traced to your user profile. User and file metadata are stored separately in an encrypted database.

How long do we store your data?

Until you either delete it yourself or after a very long period of inactivity of more than 1 year (we will notify you beforehand). We consider an user inactive if he has a free account and has no files with a modified date shorter than 1 year.


We won't send you any marketing emails, also we won't share your email with others.


We don't collect any information through cookies. Functional settings like login token, theme, language, displayed columns, sorting are stored only in your browser's local storage so that they can persist between your login sessions and multiple tabs.


We use Google Maps, Bing Maps and Cesium Maps to show the Roadmap, Satellite and Terrain layers. Google Places Autocomplete returns suggested addresses as you type. We don't send any user identifiable data to them.

Amazon Web Services

We use Amazon Web Services for computing, storage, caching and hosting. Amazon is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee to comply with European data protection law.
